1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website beylim.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Beylim ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Beylim provides the following services, subject to these Terms:

  • Custom web development and web application design
  • Cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability scanning, and compliance consulting
  • Workflow solutions and custom automation systems
  • Technical consulting and strategy
  • Software products including but not limited to BEYLIM VSC Scanner

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited activity
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Not transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access content without permission
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — is the property of Beylim or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent from Beylim.

For client projects: ownership of deliverables will be defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, Beylim retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed during the engagement.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be specified in individual project agreements.
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 14–30 days).
  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Project Engagements

  • All custom projects require a signed agreement before work begins.
  • Changes to project scope may result in adjusted timelines and fees.
  • Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice, subject to payment for completed work.
  • Client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

7. Products & Software

Software products offered by Beylim (such as BEYLIM VSC Scanner) are provided under separate license terms included with each product. By installing or using a product, you agree to those license terms.

  • Products are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a specific purpose.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes business plans, source code, credentials, security findings, and financial information.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beylim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Beylim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beylim, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

For cybersecurity services: our assessments and reports reflect findings at the time of the engagement and do not guarantee complete protection against all threats.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beylim operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
